The latest details of the compulsory bonus and wage increase was released last Thursday.
To help low-wage workers in the cleaning sector achieve sustainable real wage increases, the TCC was set up in 2012 to develop a Progressive Wage Model for the cleaning industry.
The model includes salary progression, as well as skills upgrading.
As a result, median basic and gross wages of full-time cleaners grew by 9 per cent and 12 per cent annually from 2012 to 2015.
