Let’s Think About It is a talk show featuring candid discussions on topical issues such as social cohesion, our future economy, skills upgrading, marriage and parenthood, and retirement adequacy. Each episode features a panel helmed by a Minister with panellists from industry, civil society and entertainment circles. The show debuted in May 2015, and is available for viewing on YouTube after telecasts on Mediacorp channels (links to Seasons 1 to 5 below).
The upcoming season will air on Channel 5 on 4th Nov 17 and 11th Nov 17, Saturdays, at 5.00pm, as well as Channel News Asia on 9th Nov 17 and 16th Nov, Thursdays, at 9.30pm. It will feature Minister for Education (Schools) Mr Ng Chee Meng and a panel of educators and parents, including TV Personality Andie Chen, Sassy Mama Singapore Co-Founder Lynn Yeow and Chef & Influencer Chef Bob. The discussion is moderated by Wong Li-Lin.
The panellists will discuss questions such as the role of parents in children’s education, the Singapore education system (in particular the preschool sector), and how parents and educators can work together to nurture joy of learning and entrepreneurial dare in our children.
