On 9 August, live broadcasts will begin at 10am (morning segment) and 7pm (evening segment) on MediaCorp free-to-air TV channels and the NDPeeps YouTube Channel.

| 10am | National Day Message | Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will give the English address on Channel News Asia, Channel 5 and CNA938, while Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat will deliver the address in Mandarin on Channel 8, U and Capital 958. Minister Masagos Zulkifli will give the message in Malay on Suria and Warna974, while Minister S. Iswaran will deliver the message in Tamil on Vasantham and Oli 968. |
| 10.20am | Parade at the Padang | The parade will begin at the Padang, with President Halimah Yacob and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in attendance. |
| 10.30am | Anthem Moment | The Public Service Warning System will sound a 20 second "All-Clear" siren to indicate the start of the Anthem Moment. As the National Anthem is played from the Padang, seven other flag-raising ceremonies will take place concurrently around Singapore. |
| 10.30 to 11.30am | Flag Flypast | Look out for the state flag near you as it is flown throughout country |
| 10.45 to 11.15am | Roar of Unity | Aerial display by F-15SG fighter jets |
| 11am | Maritime Sailpast | The navy will execute a sailpast along Marina Barrage as a tribute to frontline fighters. |
| 11.10am | Red Lions | For the first time, our Red Lions will be parachuting down in the Heartlands as a tribute to our essential workers at Ng Teng Fong and Sengkang General Hospitals. Watch the Red Lions in the skies at 11.10am on broadcast! |
| 10am to 1pm | Mobile Column | Key assets of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Singapore Police Force (SPF) will fan throughout the country. |
| Afternoon | Participate from Home | Get involved by: - Signing a pledge card - Working out with Active SG - Waving your flag |
| 7pm | Evening Show | The show at The Star Performing Arts Centre will feature inspirational stories of Singaporeans during the pandemic |
| 8.20pm | Night Celebrations | The night will end off with: - Pledge moment: nationwide affirmation - Light-up moment: shine your torchlights from your windows and balconies - Heartland fireworks: Enjoy the finale at 10 different locations |
