Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) & GRIT@Gov Programmes
The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates structured traineeship opportunities lasting 3 to 6 months across a wide range of sectors in both the private and public sectors.
Designed to support fresh graduates amid economic uncertainties, the programme helps participants gain hands-on, industry-relevant experience through structured on-the-job training, while preparing them for a smoother transition into full-time employment.
Through the programme, participants can:
Gain valuable industry experience through structured traineeships
Strengthen their employability and readiness for full-time roles
Receive monthly traineeship allowance from $1,800 to $2,400
